“Follow your bliss.
If you do follow your bliss,
you put yourself on a kind of track
that has been there all the while waiting for you,
and the life you ought to be living
is the one you are living.”
Joseph Campbell
Supporting clients in Georgia & Florida in building the skills to create the life they are deserving of.
Therapy is an evolutionary process that requires you to consistently commit your time, energy and effort and funds in order to receive the maximum benefit.
It will not be easy, but it will be worth it. Before you decide to proceed with therapy with myself or any other therapist, it is important to check in with yourself to determine what active role you are willing to play in your evolution at the current time. As I am committed to supporting you, I will commit to devise unique strategies for your therapy experience, utilize time to properly prepare for our sessions and reserve time on my calendar to meet with you. It is my hope that you will be invested in dedicating a fraction of your time to do the same. Along with the work being done in session, I will continuously tend to my own emotional and professional well-being (i.e. trainings, consultations, session development, etc.) so that I can show up as my best self to support you and in turn, it will support your growth if you commit to practicing what we discuss in sessions in real life situations.

If you have an insurance company outside of what was listed, you can still receive therapy with me if your insurance grants you permission to work with out of network providers. Each month, you will be provided with a superbill (a listing of the therapy sessions you attended), that can be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Time Commitment
I like to meet with my clients weekly or biweekly initially to build our relationship and to ensure you are receiving adequate support with the goals you have set for yourself. With progression, the frequency of sessions decrease.
The progression of each client is different and the healing process is not linear. Typically clients begin to see progress within the first 3-6 months of therapy. Be kind to yourself in knowing that the behaviors, thoughts and feelings you are striving to shed have potentially been a part of your life for a long period of time and it will in turn take time to undo them.
There is a cancellation fee should you cancel within less than 24 hours or you do not show for an appointment (If you are utilizing insurance, you are fully responsible for this cost). The fee is waived at my discretion in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
Success in therapy requires both of us to be equally committed in the process. I am ready and willing to support you.
